Terms of occupancy

Miravino Retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury holiday home that overlooks rolling vineyards. Miravino Retreat can comfortable accommodate 7 guests, however 2 extra beds can be available upon request ($25 per night, per bed is charged for the extra linen and set up of beds). 

The configuration of the bedrooms should be confirmed at time of booking. Configuration changes within 7 days of arrival may be either be subject to extra fees or not available.

BEDROOM ONE: 1 x King bed

BEDROOM TWO: 1 x Queen bed

BEDROOM THREE: 1 x Bunk bed (double bottom bunk, single top bunk)

** EXTRA BEDS: If you have booked for more that 7 guests, two single beds can be set up in the study. Please note that the study is connected to bedroom one, refer to floor plan on "The House" page.

STRICTLY NO EVENTS OR FUNCTIONS are to be held on the property or within the house, without discussing with hosts first. Depending on the nature of the event, we will sometimes allow small events to occur at Miravino Retreat, as long as they stick to our specific guidelines.

Please note there are CTC camera’s monitoring the driveway and shed area. 

Pets are strictly not permitted on the property or in the house.

Miravino Retreat is a no smoking property.

SPA RULES

Miravino has a beautiful outdoor spa, available for your use. Before using the spa, please ensure all members of your group have read the following rules:

- NO glass within the fence line of the spa. There are plastic cups available inside.

- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Food is not permitted in the spa area.

- Smoking is not permitted in the spa area (or on the property in general)

- Maximum temperature 40°C (104F).

Before using, remove the spa lid and place it gently next to the spa. It is important that the lid is not leaning against the glass fence. When you have finished in the spa, please ensure the lid is placed back on after every use, and press the button that says CLEAN on the spa control panel. When the lid is left off, significant energy is used to keep the spa at the set temperature. If the lid is left off for an extended period of time, or if it was not put back on after departing the property, you may be contacted and charged with additional fees for excessive energy usage.

The spa is deeply cleaned between guest stays. If you are staying at Miravino for longer than 5 days, we may contact you and organise someone to come and clean the spa during your visit to ensure the water quality is maintained.
